Permanent Technical Coordinator
Candidates should have a passion for Construction, specifically within the Technical/Design aspect.
You will be fully immersed in the workings of the business, interacting with key decision makers whilst at the same time being coached and mentored. In return, we require you to be eager to learn, keen to get ahead, ambitious, confident in challenging the ‘norm’ and be willing to experience different aspects of the business.
The role will comprise working closely with and assisting our Technical Coordinators and Managers on all aspects of our developments. The remit is both diverse and far reaching, commencing with land / contract matters, running through planning, design and management of our externally appointed consultants, through to build completion, sales and customer services support.
You will be required to help coordinate design and drawings and make sure they conform to regulations, as well as work with external and internal housing consultants and teams. You will be asked resolve technical queries and deal with a range of civil requirements such as highways and drainage.
