Permanent Senior BREEAM Consultant
Job Description
You will be delivering sustainability services to a range of clients within the construction sector, including energy assessments, dynamic simulation modelling, and whole life carbon assessments. You will be responsible for the processes required to deliver these services across a broad range of construction projects, and for internal continuous improvement across these service lines, supporting them in being exceptional in everything they do
Essential:
- Accredited BREEAM Assessor with experience across a range of construction projects
- Accredited Dream Assessor with familiarity with MOD projects
- Accredited SKA assessor with experience across a range of refurb projects
- Experience with construction environmental impact assessment and audit services
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude to developing consultancy skills amongst other team members
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a keen eye for business development
Desirable
- Experience managing others to foster excellent consultants
- Experience with energy modelling and/or whole life carbon assessment
