About your new employer

They have three fundamental aims, and they stick to them. These are:

  1. To have an excellent portfolio of clients who value their services highly

They are big enough to have the depth of knowledge required by many clients but agile enough to provide a hands-on service at a senior level. They care passionately about their work and their business; they want their clients and design partners to feel the same.

  1. To have an excellent team of people who think they are a great place to work

They appreciate that their business will only ever be as good as the people who work for them.

They have developed a highly talented team with a strong mix of mechanical, electrical and sustainability expertise with enthusiasm for the work they do.

  1. To be recognised by clients and partners as a leading design engineering consultancy

Three areas of strength help them consistently deliver the best results for clients: a good knowledge of technology, a design-led creative approach, and a clear understanding of sustainability. They continually engage with their existing clients and encourage new ones to build long term relationships.
