A market leading Cost Consultancy are looking to hire a chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.
They apply extensive experience across sectors, clients and property types to shape and deliver cost consultancy for a variety of projects and portfolios. Whether new build, fit out or refurbishment, they combine data from their global network with wider industry trends to generate informed thought leadership and cost benchmarking, which they can then provide clients with insightful, market-leading advice.
They are seeking an experienced Cost Consultant to lead on a portfolio of clients, delivering on work throughout London and the Southeast.
Job Description
Experience Required:
- Relevant degree
- MRICS
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
- Pre and post contract experience
- Employers Agent or Project Management experience
- Experience of working in a large practice and/or corporate environment could be advantageous
- An understanding of business development and client relationship management
- Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
- A level of experience selling successfully to clients
- Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
- Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge
- Knowledge of the real estate industry sector
- Proven financial awareness
