Architectural Technician
We our looking to recruit an Architectural Technician for one of our specialist housing clients. They are looking for a competent AutoCAD user who is capable of providing Planning, Building Regulation Drawings and Specifications. You will need to be able to liaise with clients, planning and building control officers.
Ideally you will have experiance working within the residential and commercial sector and should have an excellent knowledge of planning and building regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HNC/Degree in Architectural Technology
- AutoCAD proficient
- Good working knowledge of construction details
- 3 + years experiance
