Candidate Description

I am an experienced Facilities Manager with a broad knowledge of property management, compliance, health and safety, cost saving, contract management, space planning, setting and managing service charge budgets, managing a wide range of contractors and staff within the Property Management and Healthcare Industry. 

In my current position I am responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of multi tenanted service charge buildings / sites throughout the South West. I have experience of managing a number of multi tenanted buildings / sites throughout the UK in locations such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield, Doncaster, Manchester, Birmingham, Truro, Carmarthen, Cardiff, Exeter and a number of other towns and cities. 

I am proficient in prioritising workloads and working to tight deadlines to produce service charge budgets, year ends, client reports and Inspections. I also have experience of undertaking fire risk assessments, access audits, condition surveys and compliance inspections inspection's. I enjoy engaging with and building working relationships with clients, directors, colleagues, contractors and tenants and conduct myself in a professional manner at all times.
