Candidate Description
Rob has been working in the industry for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience including Land, Engineering, & Building Surveying, Design Management, Technical Design and Project Delivery on small to large scale projects in various sectors which include Education, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, Innovation & Technology, Military and Aviation. Rob’s past experience is varied working on refurbishment projects, listed buildings and major new build schemes of traditional & contemporary designs using varied construction methods and a wide range of materials including bespoke solutions where required. Rob is focused on collaborative working delivering coordinated design solutions and has great attention to detail with over 10 years’ experience delivering project’s using BIM software and has been involved in the past with developing company’s BIM standards and staff training. Rob’s knowledge of British Standards & Building Regulations is exceptional as he continues.
