I am highly motivated and professional Station Fire Officer, instructor and assessor with numerous transferable skills and a naturally enthusiastic and highly self-disciplined personality. I am also a confident leader and instructor who likes to mentor and coach students and peers to get the best out of them in a relaxed atmosphere, whilst maintaining the highest of standards both in delivery and outcome. I have spent 23 years in the Royal Air Force as a firefighter and I am now looking for a new challenge where I can bring my leadership and management training and experience into a role within civilian employment, ideally within a fire safety or health and safety management role.
